Refund Policy

Purchases made within 14 days are eligible for return or exchange. Items that are outside of the 14 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To meet eligibility for exchange and return, all items must be in saleable conditions in the original packaging with the tags and receipt.

Return Authorization Numbers (RAN)

To start the returns process, please call 770-403-2441 or 404-234-0835 or email customer service at snootsreturns@gmail.com to receive a valid RNA. No returns will be accepted or processed without an assigned Return Authorization number. Please provide a reason for return when requesting an RMA. 

Please include the RNA on the outside of the package that you're returning, and the receipt/packing slip from the original order.  Providing the requested details will help to alleviate delays in processing your return or exchange. 

Refunds, Exchanges, & Return Shipping

Note: All returns must be received within 14 days of the Return Authorization issue date. A notification will be sent to the customer once the item is received. An inspection will be completed once your return is received to approve or reject your refund.   If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.  

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be responsible for refunding items lost in transit.
